WANTED: Chaeban Events Ambassador

We are looking for a super host who loves to travel around the Winnipeg area, to all the best spring and summer events 😜 and serve incredible ice cream!

This position coordinates all Chaeban’s private event bookings and serves Chaeban’s signature super-premium ice cream at off-site events. Events are attended with the Ice Cream Cart.

Chaeban Ice Cream creates award winning, super-premium handmade ice cream. Chaeban makes (at least) 18 different ice cream flavours – including classic dairy ice cream & dairy-free recipes. The Chaeban Cart serves 6 flavours at once.

Chaeban’s customer service aims to always match the premium nature of our products.

As an Events Ambassador you respond to event inquiries, confirm event bookings, manage the Events Calendar and love taking care of the ‘little details’ that make all the difference to special events. You love traveling, meeting new people, thrive when providing excellent customer service and are comfortable working in ever-changing locations.

In this role you are responsible for creating strong connections with Chaeban event customers & event attendees. You are the face of Chaeban before and during the event.

Skills required for Events Ambassador

• Valid driver’s license & willingness to travel with a trailer. Trailer experience, an asset.
• Able to lift and carry boxes & pails; to push ice cream cart into various event locations.
• Friendly and calm attitude, 1-2 years experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Dependable & reliable; excellent with time management; works well with no supervision.

Biggest Tasks on your to-do List:

• Respond to event inquiries; confirm bookings; communicate details with events team.
• Coordinate a travel/parking and cart logistics plan with each event prior to departure.
• Take ice cream, cart, supplies & required signage to each event.
• Serve ice cream with amazing customer service at each private event.

Conditions:Part time during April-May. Full time June-August. Mostly evenings/weekends.

Wage: $19.00/hour + gratuities
