We’re happy to offer you our space!

You can use our store for birthday parties, event registration, book signings, meetups, presentations, food tour stops, scavenger hunt destinations. The sky’s the limit!

Our Rental Packages:

Birthday Party Package
We will reserve the number of seats you need.
Cost is $15 per person for 1 hour and includes a small ice cream for each person. Feel free to bring your own cake, canned drinks, whatever you need!

 

Main seating area rental

Full Area (seats approx. 30)
– $50 for each hour before 6pm and $75 after 6pm 

Half Area (seats approx. 15)
– $35 for each hour before 6pm and $55 after 6pm

 

*25% of your guests’ spend is deducted from the event rental fee.
*You can choose to be billed for all the purchases post-event or have your guests pay for their own items.

 

Rental Terms & Conditions: 

• Available September till June, Monday to Thursday at any time. Friday rentals will be available from noon to 6pm.
• Not available on holidays in the peak season (May 15th to Sept 15th).
• Generally not available anytime during July and August, but we will accommodate if we can, so ask away!
• The full event rental is paid up front to reserve the space.
• Store will be open to the public , but your area will be reserved. We have extra seating in the front of the house for walk-ins so your event will not be interrupted in any case.  
• Washrooms are open at all times, so people may be passing through to use the washroom during your event.
• We trust that you will direct your guests to purchase ice cream, snacks and drinks from us during your event. We are okay if items are brought in by or for people with special dietary needs.

 

The event rental fees can be waived in return for an agreed pre-purchase of items from our menu. This works well for longer come and go events. We will figure these out on an individual basis. Contact us with your ideas! events@chaebanicecream.com
