We’re Hiring: Driver / Logistics Lead at Chaeban

Chaeban started as a small-batch ice cream shop in Winnipeg—and we’ve grown into something much bigger. Today, we’re proud to create both premium, handmade ice cream and award-winning artisan cheese, sold in stores across Western Canada.

As our business continues to grow, so does our need for strong, reliable teammates. Right now, we’re hiring a Driver / Logistics Lead—someone who can help keep our operations running smoothly and support our team every day.

About the Role

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position where you’ll play a key role in making sure our products get where they need to go. Your main responsibilities include:

• Transporting inventory between our warehouse, production kitchen, store, and wholesale customers
• Managing daily deliveries and schedules
• Organizing and moving stock
• Ensuring products are delivered accurately and on time

It’s an active, independent role—but also one that connects you with the whole team. Clear communication and a helpful attitude go a long way.

What We’re Looking For

• A valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift and move boxes
• Reliability and attention to detail
• A calm, friendly presence—even when things get busy
• Someone who enjoys being helpful and part of a team

Details

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM
• Wage: $20/hour
• Location: Based out of 390 Osborne Street, Winnipeg
